CASology Week #78: Dots

I needed a birthday card for a co-worker and decided to use this whimsical image from Hero Arts called For You Gifts (G5596) along with some of my fave Echo Park dot pp.  I know, I know - not the most original use of dots and probably not the most CAS design either:)

Other Supplies Used:  Papertrey ink white cs, Hero Arts Wish Big (sentiment), MS score board, white sequins, copic markers

Thanks for all your comments and enjoy the rest of  the weekend! After being lulled into thinking Spring had come early here in upstate NY we woke up to 5 inches of snow - back to wearing my parka that makes me look like the Michelin tire man :(

Ah, snow after such warm temps? That's just not fair! (I'm sure you look cute in your coat, too!) I love the black-and-white dotty paper (and gift) paired with red...so dramatic and rich! Thanks for joining us at CASology this week...always good to have you!

Oh snow again! Keep warm Robin!
I think that this is a CAS card for sure! There is just something about polka dots, for me, it just takes me back to when I was a little girl and I can see my Mom in polka dot dresses. I love this image, it just looks like an awesome way to receive or give gifts! Have a great weekend!

Such a cute card, Robin! Love that fun image and the dotty paper is perfect!

We woke to about 5 inches this morning too. Way too early for spring around here so I just keep wishing for the next couple of months to go by fast! Hugs! ♥

Adorable card, Robin! I love the black and red combo, and I always love polka dots. They are just cute and cheerful. Your co worker will love it! I got a laugh from your post because I was just thinking how moving to upstate NY has made me add to my outerwear:)

LOVE your card, Robin! Loving the red and black since I am a HUGE Georgia Bulldog fan :) Stay warm - it seems to be one of those years where the winter temps tend to be extra cold even here in the south.

Wow, but this card has punch, Robin. Great color combo and graphic appeal. I won't tell you that I wore sandals yesterday (but we still had a pretty heavy frost this morning). Great to see you stampin' again, girlfriend.
