I've never participated in one of their challenges but I love how each of them is inspired by Scripture and how the challenge hostess shares a thought-provoking devotional. For me (without getting too wordy!) all the wonders of Springtime are one of the ways God shows his "light" in my life. I still feel a thrill every time I can see the first signs of the perennials coming up in my garden or when I catch sight of a butterfly flitting around the backyard. These things are a reminder to me to slow down that "to do" list constantly streaming in my mind and to really see life and the world around me.
Materials Used:

Stampin' Up Inspired By Nature, pretty in pink cs and ink

Such a pretty card...and such GOOD advice! I agree with you, it is good to take time to smell the roses so to speak! I squealed in delight today when I spied my new daylillies (planted last fall) coming up in my garden. Yay!
Pink and black are a great color combo! I love your beautiful composition, Robin, and, I agree, spring is really one of God's greatest gifts.
Hi Robin! THis is totally exquisite! Your butterfly is delicious! Love the soft pink color! Thank you for all the lovely comments you have been leaving me. And it's so good to see you blogging more!
Beautifully done, Robin! Love that butterfly & your design. I picked a bouquet of lilacs from my one bush--love the fragrance they give a room as well as their beauty. I agree--need to "stop & smell the roses."
Holy Smokes!!!! Fabulous card, Robin! I love the script background and black silhouette flowers!
